HAKC is requesting bids from qualified contractors to do Roofing, Gutters, Downspouts and Splash Blocks Replacement for Duplexes across multiple addresses at 4674 Overton Ave KCMO 64133. The roofing project consists of the roof and accessories replacement for 15 buildings.

Bid submissions must be received with all required documents/attachments as stated in the IFB no later than 2:00 p.m. on August 5, 2025. Bids may be mailed, or hand delivered to, at 3822 Summit St, KC MO 64106.

A pre-bid meeting at the site will be held at 10:00 a.m. CDT, on July 23, 2025. Located at 4674 Overton Ave, Kansas City, MO 64133.
