ADDENDUM #1

This Addendum is hereby made a part of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to the same extent as if it was originally included therein and is intended to modify and/or interpret the proposal documents by additions, deletions, clarifications, or corrections. The Contractor shall provide a signed copy of this addendum with the submitted proposal to acknowledge receipt.

General Information

An on-site tour of the Brush Creek Towers Building will be held on Thursday, August 21st at 10:00 a.m. Central.

The Brush Creek Towers property is located at 1800 Emmanuel Cleaver II Rd. Kansas City, Missouri 64130.

Visitors should enter the main entrance (lobby) and sign-in with Brad Valentine, Asst. Director of
Facilitates conducting the tour and reviewing existing building.

Attendance on the building tour is not required but is encouraged for all interested parties.
