Duct Cleaning Services
The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri (HAKC) is seeking bids from qualified companies for professional cleaning of HVAC air distribution systems and related components in residential apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes - agency wide.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held via Zoom on November 17, 2025 at 10:00am Central. Please email mbeaman@hakc.org for a link to the meeting if you would like to attend.
Bid Closing Date is no later than 3:00 p.m. Central, on November 21, 2025 at the Housing Authority's administration office, at 3822 Summit St, KC MO 64111.
