HAKC is requesting bids from qualified contractors to do roofing, gutters, downspouts, splash block and siding at the 9201-03 Central St, Kansas MO 64106. This is a 2,464 sq ft two story duplex unit built in 1985. The property is a 2-bedroom 1bath unit. The property has bad siding and aging roof.

Bid submissions must be received with all required documents/attachments as stated in the IFB no later than 2:00 p.m. on August 27, 2025. Bids may be mailed, or hand delivered to, at 3822 Summit St, KC MO 64111.

A pre-bid meeting at the site will be held at 10:00 a.m. CDT, on August 13, 2025. Located at 9201-03 Central St, Kansas City, MO 64114.
