Guinotte Roofing

Guinotte development roofing project phase 2 consists of approximately 17,087 sq ft of roof replacement across 6 buildings. It also includes the installation and or replacement of gutters, downspouts and gutter guards on 46 buildings. This project will include ALL labor and materials for a complete start to finish, turnkey project.

Bid submissions must be received with all required documents/attachments as stated in the IFB no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 09, 2025. Bids may be mailed, or hand delivered to, at 3822 Summit St, KC MO 64114.

A Pre-bid meeting for this project will be held on September 30, 2025 at 10:00 am at 1100 E 4th St, KCMO, 64106.
