Fire & Security Alarm Monitoring  
 
 HAKC is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide Fire and Security Alarm System Monitoring & Testing Service for all systems located at HAKC Headquarters, developments, recreational facilities, and designated administrative offices. 
 
Bid submissions must be received with all required documents/attachments as stated in the RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 19, 2026. proposals may be emailed to mbeaman@hakc.org, or hand delivered to, at 3822 Summit St, KC MO 64114.  
  
A virtual Pre-bid meeting for this project will be held March 10, 2025 at 10:00 am via Teams.
