The Housing Authority of Kansas City Missouri (HAKC) is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ #26-0324) for Co-Developer Consult Services - Theron B. Watkins Project. In order to seek proposals for development consulting services related the HAKC's newly released long-term Development Plan.

A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on April 2, 2026 at 10:00 am Central Time.

Please email kpointer@hakc.org if you would like to attend. Attendance is not required in order to provide a proposal response but is recommended to review the scope of services and conduct Q&A.

The closing date for a proposal response is April 10 2026 by 4:00pm Central Time.
