HVAC Repair or Replace-Guinotte Manor 
 
 The Housing Authority of Kansas City Missouri (HAKC) is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ #26-0414) for HVAC Repair or Replace for twenty-two units in Guinotte Manor. The scope of work (HVAC repair or replacement by unit) will be determined by the contractor's professional assessment. 
 
On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting: April 16, 2026, at 10am CST 
Please arrive at the Main Office at Guinotte Manor at 10am CST, located at: 1100 East 4th Street, Kansas City, MO, 64106. Contractors will be granted access to inspect the condition of the HVAC systems in each of the units to determine if the HVAC unit can be repaired or requires replacement. 
 
The closing date for a proposal response is April 17, 2026 by 4:00pm Central Time.
