Development Consultant Services  

The Housing Authority of Kansas City Missouri (HAKC) is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ #26-0220) for Development Consult Service. To seek proposals for development consulting services related the HAKC's newly released long-term Development Plan.

A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on March 9th at 11:00 am. 

Please email kpointer@hakc.org if you would like to attend. Attendance is not required in order to provide a proposal response but is recommended to review the scope of services and conduct Q&A.

The closing date for a proposal response is March 20, 2026 by 5:00pm Central Time.
