ADDENDUM #1

This Addendum is hereby made a part of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to the same extent as if it was originally included therein and is intended to modify and/or interpret the proposal documents by additions, deletions, clarifications, or corrections. The Respondent shall provide a signed copy of this addendum with the submitted proposal to acknowledge receipt.

A recurring Pre-Bid Conference Call will be held every Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The link and meeting ID information can be found in the full document above. The purpose of the conference call is to provide clarification regarding the solicitation requirements and to allow prospective respondents the opportunity to ask questions. Statements made during the conference call are not binding unless confirmed through a written addendum issued by the Housing Authority.

Changes to General Requirements

• Section VI - Respondent Qualifications
  Item 5 - Requirement Removed

The following requirement is hereby removed in its entirety:
"On at least two (2) previous occasions, successfully applied for and obtained an award of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) from the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC). At least one (1) such award must have been for 9% LIHTCs."

• Section VI - Architect Qualifications
  Item 2 - Requirement Revised

The following requirement is hereby revised to the following:
The architect or sub is required to be "Licensed in the State of Missouri" within 60 to 90 days of the signed contract.
