Request for Qualifications - RFQ #26-1029 Acquisition Partner / Asset Management

The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri (HAKC) seeks qualified respondents to provide acquisition, financing, rehabilitation, and asset management services in support of HAKC's acquisition of more than 2,000 housing units in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 10, 2026 at 10:00am Central Time. Attendance is not required but is recommended and is intended to review the scope of services and address questions.

Proposals will be accepted by email until 5:00 PM Central Time on November 20, 2026.  Proposals received after the deadline will be rejected without consideration.
