     • Resolution 250519B Authorize the Executive Director to execute a Project Based Voucher Agreement to enter into a Housing Assistance Payment Contract with Prospect Summit LP, for 24 PBV at Prospect Summit Homes.
     • Resolution 250519C Authorize the Executive Director to execute an emergency contract for Pest Control that will not exceed the procurement threshold of $250,000 for 120 day.
