- Resolution 260622A Approve a contract to DW Development for Co-Developer Consultant Services for the Dunbar Gardens Redevelopment Project.
- Resolution 260622B Approve a partnership agreement with DW Development Group for the Development Group for the Development of a multistory, mixed-use, senior affordable housing project located at 909 Wyandotte St., Kansas City, MO.
- Resolution 260622C Approve a contract to Petra for Co-Developer Consultant Services for Theron B. Watkins Redevelopment Project.
- Resolution 260622D Approve an emergency procurement in the amount of $500,000 for HVAC Services across the portfolio.
