- Resolution 260727A Approve and authorize the Executive Director to finalize acquisition of The Bluffs at Brush Creek
- Resolution 260727B Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute a contract to Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP for Development Consultant Services in support of HAKC's long-term Development Plan
- Resolution 260727C Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute a contract to Integrity Capital Management for the award of Third-Party Property Management Services.
- Resolution 260727D Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 25-11-13-1A with Helix Architecture & Design for Architectural and Engineering Services for the Brush Creek Towers Renovation Project.
