- Resolution 260223A Approve an amendment to the bylaws of Housing Services of Kansas City, Inc. to increase the number of authorized board members.
- Resolution 260223B Approve an amendment to the bylaws of Affordable Housing of Kansas City, Inc. to increase the number of authorized board members
- Resolution 260223C Approve the removal from inventory and subsequent demolition and disposition of the Theron B. Watkins property (MO002000006).
- Resolution 260223D Approve the award of contract for Structural Repairs & Rehabilitation at 1412 West Bluff Drive.
- Resolution 260223E Approve the Section Eight Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) Indicator Scores for 2025.
- Resolution 260223F Approve the collection loss write-offs for Fourth Quarter 2025.
- Resolution 260223G Approve the Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri to secure a line of credit from Keybank National Association (Keybank N.A.).
- Resolution 260223H Approve a Conditional Commitment for Project-Based Vouchers for 33 units at Trails at Bannister.
