Annual Plan Feedback session

The Housing Authority is seeking comments on its proposed 2027 Annual Plan. The proposed Plan are available for review by the public. The documents, as well as any addendums can be found at the following link: https://www.hakc.org/proposed-changes. The proposed plan is also available for review by the public during normal business hours at its offices and any of the public housing apartment complexes. Refer to our properties page for locations of offices and apartment complexes.

Written comments on the 2027 Annual Plan may be submitted to the Housing Authority through Noon on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

Comments may be submitted by email to hakc@hakc.org; or dropped off in the lobby at 3822 Summit St., Kansas City, Missouri 64111-4652, Attn Taai Gumbel, Executive Assistant.

A public hearing on the proposed 2027 Annual Plan will be held on Monday, September 21st, 2026 at 5:30 PM in the Boardroom of HAKC's Administrative offices located at 3822 Summit, Kansas City, MO 64111. To attend virtually, please use the following link:
